This morning started out with David dropping off Liz and Lee at the church for the seminar.

Then he headed back to the townhouse where he and the kids had devotions, completed some school classes, did some laundry, and just basically rested.

After the seminar, we headed over to Huntley--only about 45 minutes away--to meet Uncle Grant and Aunt Harriet. They took us to the Golden Corral, an all-you-can-eat buffet and grill. The selection was overwhelming! Shannon smiled before digging into her fried shrimp.

David enjoyed talking with Grant & Harriet.

Back at their house, Uncle Grant showed the boys the dual processor computer that he has built.

Liz posed with Aunt Harriet and Uncle Grant before we headed back to Sycamore for the night.

As you can see, we didn't drive hardly at all today. If you take a look at the map, you can see just how close we were to where Liz grew up near Schaumburg, IL.
