The other team had more than 20 more swimmers than our team, but we still managed to win. Yahoo!  Almost every swimmer on our team shaved off time. John took off almost 2 seconds on his back stroke, both boys took off time on their breast stroke, and Shannon's free relay team got first place, again!  This particular team of 13-14 girls is still undefeated. This year's theme was USO Swing Night where everyone dressed up in 1940's and/or military attire. They made their own slides with banana, onion, and anacharis leaves;looked online for a picture of cork cells; and observed ready-made slides of hydra, ranunclus, zea mays. off to visit Aunt Anna in Marion, Indiana.At one point we got caught at a railroad crossing.  Turning off the engine of the car, we waited for the train to pass--all 142 cars of it!  We estimated the
